They are all highly intelligent, conscientious, self-efficient, open to experience and is able to adjust to change freely. They are righteous and work hard to become a great leader. They fight for honor and justice for their people.
How do you think a good leader manages crisis under stressful situations?
I think a good leader will first throughly analyze the current situation then calmly think of a solution. Discuss his solution with other experienced leaders and get their view of the situation and about his solution. Only after that will he apply his solution to try to end the crisis.
