Many great leaders are similar in some ways, some ways that make them such good leaders. Leaders are very enthusiastic in whatever work they take part in and whenever they take part in work, they always work well guiding a team of people. They also show lots of confidence in whatever they do. That's what make people so confident in them. They are very smart and respectable. And things usually go their way. Leaders have good communication skills so they can help people around them, and when a leader guides, it's not bossing around, it is helping. A leader also should be friendly, so that his teammates will approach to them to discuss about their issues. And lastly, the most important, a leader must have the ability to inspire and influence, that's what make them so great!
I think many great leaders always remain calm, even in the most stressful situations. They sit down and not panic, they try to think of the best way to solve their problems. For example, the many presidents who have to deal with stressful situations all the time.
